Freshwater Investments is one of my favorite clients. I always keep a close eye on them and celebrate their achievements as if they were my own.

Their business considers the interests of three main stakeholders: tenants, investors, and the planet. They improve the quality of life for their tenants by creating safe and supportive communities, reduce the impact on the environment by implementing sustainable technologies and practices, and increase the value of their investors' equity.

We started working together in August 2020. I was immediately drawn to the company's approach and wanted to showcase it to potential investors in the best possible way. To achieve this, I conducted research on real estate investments in the U.S. and Europe to identify best practices for digital presence.
In partnership with the company owners, I created a brand platform that became the foundation for the website copy. Then, I developed the mockups and content, which were turned into a functional webpage by a local contractor.
The company owners were not satisfied with their original logo, as it did not represent the idea of growing and thriving. Therefore, I found a designer who created a new version of the logo. The new design features three transparent rectangles that resemble the letter F, the first letter of the company name, and also represent the metaphor of growth, as it looks similar to a bar chart.

I'm very proud of our work. I always speak highly about this case to my network, and I know that Freshwater Investments' narrative has inspired some other companies to refine their brand story and marketing efforts.
